Travel Coordination Specialist

Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual Travel Coordination Specialist for one of our clients. This role is responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, hotel reservations, transportation logistics, and providing exceptional customer service to guests and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel reservations, travel arrangements, and transportation requests.
• Assist customers with reservations, itinerary updates, confirmations, and general travel inquiries.
• Provide outstanding customer service while resolving questions and travel-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure travel arrangements are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain reservation records and prepare travel-related reports as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate ground transportation and other travel services.
• Communicate itinerary changes and travel updates to the appropriate parties.
• Support administrative projects and other operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous experience in travel coordination, reservations, hospitality, customer service, executive support, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling or reservation systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
