Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
• Assist callers with questions, service needs, and general support while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Enter orders and update customer information accurately within the appropriate systems.
• Handle both inbound and outbound phone communication to resolve issues and provide timely follow-up.
• Document customer interactions clearly so records remain complete and up to date.
• Work closely with internal teams to address requests efficiently and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain consistent call quality and productivity in a fast-paced call center environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service-focused role.• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Strong data entry and order processing skills with close attention to detail.
• Clear verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to responsive service.
• Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation
