This is not a traditional support position. You'll be a trusted business partner, working directly with executive leadership on matters that are essential to the company's continued growth and success.

📋 What You'll Do
🔹 Manage licensing, credentialing, and regulatory compliance processes across multiple states
🔹 Prepare, coordinate, and submit license applications, renewals, registrations, and regulatory filings
🔹 Maintain compliance records, databases, and reporting systems
🔹 Conduct regulatory and legal research to support business initiatives
🔹 Draft, review, and proofread legal correspondence, agreements, contracts, and compliance-related documents
🔹 Partner with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on key legal and regulatory projects
🔹 Develop and improve internal processes, tracking systems, and compliance workflows
🔹 Utilize project management and workflow tools to manage multiple workstreams efficiently
🔹 Support strategic initiatives and special projects as the company continues to scale
Qualifications:
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔️ 5+ years of paralegal, legal operations, compliance, or regulatory experience
✔️ Strong project management and organizational skills
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
✔️ Demonstrated business judgment and ability to work independently
✔️ Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Comfort interacting with executives and senior business leaders
✔️ Experience with licensing, regulatory, compliance, financial services, payments, fintech, or highly regulated industries is highly preferred
✔️ Paralegal certification is a plus
✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern workflow/project management tools
