Customer Support Rep

We are looking for a Customer Support Admin to provide responsive front-line assistance for users and help resolve everyday technical issues in a detail-oriented and efficient manner. This Long-term Contract position is based fully remote and is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and approaches problems with sound judgment. The role combines hands-on customer support, accurate recordkeeping, and thorough documentation to ensure a reliable support experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle protected health information (PHI) and sensitive practice data
• Enter and update customer records
• Draft concise, empathetic, jargon-free email updates to customers
• Track progress and maintain accurate case notes
• Flag missing information or process gaps for manager review
• De-escalate frustrated customers with professionalism and empathy 

Qualifications:

• Experience providing customer support in a help desk, service desk, or technical support environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate issues and identify practical solutions.
• Solid data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to create and maintain clear, concise documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for working with users and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple support requests at once.
• Basic familiarity with common desktop, software, and user-access troubleshooting practices.

Compensation

$25.15-$29.12 Hourly
