Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)
A reputable trial firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Everett, WA. The firm represents clients in complex personal injury and bad faith matters.
This position offers competitive compensation and benefits while providing employees autonomy in a supportive, collaborative work environment. This is a hybrid remote position.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support attorneys and clients through all phases of litigation.
- Working closely with clients and attorneys in building case strategy, managing discovery, and conducting legal research.
- Client communication, medical records review, drafting pleadings and motions.
- Preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. Benefits include 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) plan with match; 3-4 weeks paid time off; paid holidays; bonuses, and more.

- Knowledge of Personal Injury law preferred.
