HR Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions for open positions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage onboarding tasks and help create a smooth start for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within HR systems while ensuring data is current and organized.
• Support daily HR operations by handling administrative processes, scheduling, and follow-up communication with applicants and team members.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to address staffing needs and provide additional support during periods of high employee turnover.
• Use Workday and Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint to track activity, communicate updates, and prepare documentation.
• Assist with interview logistics and candidate communication to keep the hiring process efficient and well organized.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related recruiting-focused role.• Demonstrated background in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and coordinating interviews in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting onboarding activities and general HR administrative functions.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms, with preference for experience using Workday.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized while managing competing priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Compensation
