Senior Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a range of business-focused positions, from intake discussions through offer acceptance.
• Identify and engage suitable candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, market outreach, and talent pipeline development.
• Evaluate applicants through resume review, screening conversations, and ongoing assessment to align talent with business needs.
• Coordinate interview activity, maintain momentum across open requisitions, and keep stakeholders informed on hiring progress.
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to refine search strategies, set priorities, and adjust plans as needs evolve.
• Manage multiple openings at once while balancing deadlines, changing priorities, and competing demands across teams.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity updates within the applicant tracking system to support visibility and process consistency.
• Support searches for corporate, central function, and commercial roles by applying market insight and a high standard for candidate quality.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of recruiting experience with a strong record of managing full-cycle hiring processes.• Demonstrated success recruiting for corporate and commercial or sales-focused positions in a dynamic environment.
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing techniques and talent identification across multiple channels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to organize searches, track milestones, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results while handling several active requisitions at the same time.
• High level of attention to detail combined with sound judgment and a strategic recruiting mindset.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage workflow, candidate records, and recruitment activity.
• Background supporting recruiting efforts for technical or engineering-related roles is a plus.
