Commercial Litigation Attorney
A prominent plaintiff class action and commercial litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Seattle, Washington.

Their practice handles a variety of different types of commercial litigation and plaintiff class action matters such as condemnation, real estate, shareholder disputes, ownership disputes, trade secrets, non-compete disputes, and TEDRA litigation. This role will develop your trial skills and provide trial experience.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- 3-5 years of experience practicing commercial or civil litigation in Washington or Oregon
- Active Washington bar license
- Strong writing and research skills
- Quality academic performance
- Experience drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, arbitrations, mediations and trial (preferred but not required)
