Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $18 to $22 Hourly

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Leola, PA. This contract-to-hire opportunity serves as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams, providing responsive support and resolving service-related and product inquiries with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail, to ensure a positive experience and timely resolution of customer needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service-related concerns, and product support needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and service issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, case updates, and outcomes within company systems.
  • Provide guidance on product care, maintenance recommendations, and service policies to support a positive customer experience.
  • Process replacement item requests, track order status, and communicate updates to customers as needed.
  • Handle escalated situations professionally, utilizing strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure service activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives, special projects, and other operational activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a role involving service coordination or issue resolution.

• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally while maintaining a high level of customer care.

• Experience with order entry, service request handling, and tracking follow-up actions through completion.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple active cases.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers.

• Comfortable handling sensitive or escalated concerns with patience, professionalism, and accountability.



Compensation

$18.00-$22.00 Hourly
