Construction Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Drive high-volume sourcing strategies to identify professionals with relevant experience for vertical construction positions, including project managers, superintendents, estimators, and quality and safety leaders.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from outreach through offer stage, ensuring an organized and efficient candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, handling scheduling logistics and follow-up communication throughout the process.
• Build pipelines of hard-to-find construction talent in support of national recruiting efforts tied to specialized project demands.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role priorities, market challenges, and target candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to generate talent leads and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill openings.
• Support staffing efforts connected to major construction initiatives by delivering candidates with relevant experience for high-impact roles.
Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in construction talent acquisition.• Demonstrated success recruiting for vertical construction roles; experience limited to wind or solar recruiting will not meet the needs of this position.
• Proven ability to source at high volume and build talent pipelines for specialized, senior-level construction positions.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling.
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, including Workday.
• Active experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a core sourcing tool.
• Ability to support national searches while collaborating effectively with a locally based, hybrid team in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Compensation
