Logistics Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join an on-site team in Allentown, Pennsylvania on a long-term contract assignment. This role supports day-to-day logistics and order management activities by addressing customer requests, improving data accuracy, and keeping documentation organized and up to date. The position is well suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage administrative and operational tasks with precision.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer support needs related to logistics activities, ensuring requests are addressed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and resolve open customer orders and stock transfer records to help maintain efficient order flow and reduce outstanding issues.
• Prepare, update, and distribute shipping and transaction documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of analysis.
• Maintain digital records within cloud-based filing tools so documentation remains complete, organized, and easy to retrieve.
• Assist with inventory and part data cleanup efforts to improve reporting accuracy and support operational continuity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help keep logistics, distribution, and supply chain activities aligned with customer expectations.
• Use of SAP experience is a MUST also knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and internal systems to track tasks, organize information, and support daily administrative work.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain, or a related operational support role.• Hands-on knowledge of bills of lading and other shipping or order documentation.
• Experience working with logistics systems, including ORG-based platforms or similar internal operational tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially for tracking, reporting, and documentation tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in orders, invoices, inventory, or records.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
