HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, send, and track employment offer letters for incoming employees, ensuring documents are accurate and completed on schedule.
• Maintain and update Smartsheet logs to reflect the latest offer activity, status changes, and key milestones.
• Review incoming requests for offer revisions and make timely updates to documentation as needed.
• Provide administrative support for HR activities related to employee onboarding and transaction processing.
• Upload and organize personnel records within Workday while helping maintain complete and accessible files.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-up items for the People Team and support additional clerical needs as they arise.
• Assist with onboarding documentation processes to help ensure a smooth employee experience.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar support-focused role.• Hands-on proficiency with DocuSign, Smartsheet, and Microsoft O365 applications.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday and confidence handling employee records.
• Ability to manage high-volume documentation with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting onboarding activities, offer letter administration, or related HR processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Understanding of HR compliance practices and the importance of confidentiality in employee data management.
Compensation
