Audit Tour Representative
We are looking for a dependable Audit Tour Representative to complete a short-term Contract assignment supporting audit-related site visits in McSherrystown, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will visit designated school locations, observe day-to-day operations, and help confirm that each site is active and aligned with audit expectations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable interacting effectively on site, documenting visit details accurately, and managing a compact one-day schedule across multiple stops.
Responsibilities:
• Travel to assigned school campuses in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and complete scheduled on-site visits within the designated project window.
• Conduct brief walkthroughs of each location to verify that the campus is open, operational, and prepared for audit review.
• Record visit details carefully in the required electronic PDF documentation and ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Communicate with the appropriate contact to confirm the agreed meeting day and time before arriving on site.
• Present a detail-oriented appearance and represent the assignment appropriately during all campus interactions.
• Support coverage for up to four locations in one day while maintaining punctuality and organized visit tracking.
• Notify the appropriate coordinator promptly if scheduling changes arise or if a replacement visitor needs to be introduced to a site.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience with site visits, guided walkthroughs, customer-facing support, or similar field-based work.
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to complete digital forms accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with campus or office staff in person.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple locations in a single day.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow visit instructions without close supervision.
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to complete a one-day Contract assignment as scheduled.
