Enterprise Applications Service Manager
Join a global manufacturing organization undergoing significant technology transformation. We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Enterprise Applications Service Manager to lead support operations, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the key escalation point for critical business applications and ERP services.
What You'll Do
• Lead enterprise application and ERP support services within a global environment.
• Manage escalations, service delivery performance, and strategic vendor relationships.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate application updates, releases, and change management activities.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to enhance service quality and user experience.
• Establish and promote best practices for service management and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, Application Support, or related leadership roles.
• Experience supporting ERP and enterprise business applications in a complex organization.
• Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success improving processes, reducing operational inefficiencies, and driving automation.
• Excellent communication and influence skills across technical and business teams.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Oracle Fusion experience is beneficial but not required.
