HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist for a 3-month contract assignment to support key human resources functions during a busy period. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Based on general knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Based on general knowledge.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date. Based on general knowledge.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and HR compliance tasks. Based on general knowledge.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures. Based on general knowledge.
• Partner with management and internal teams on HR-related projects and administrative support. Based on general knowledge.
• Help coordinate recruiting logistics, interviews, and hiring documentation as needed. Based on general knowledge.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of human resources experience preferred. Based on general knowledge.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices. Based on general knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Based on general knowledge.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Based on general knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred. Based on general knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Based on general knowledge.
