Bilingual Travel Coordinator

Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Travel Coordinator. This position is responsible for assisting customers with travel reservations, accommodations, transportation arrangements, and general travel-related questions.


The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, experience providing customer service, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with booking and coordinating hotel accommodations, transportation, and other travel arrangements
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and reservation requests in both English and Spanish
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability, rates, travel policies, promotions, and reservation details
  • Create, update, confirm, and cancel reservations as requested
  • Coordinate ground transportation, airport transfers, car services, and other travel-related services
  • Review reservation details to ensure accuracy and communicate confirmations to customers
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, booking concerns, and last-minute travel changes
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, hotels, transportation providers, and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate customer and reservation information within company systems
  • Process payments, refunds, credits, or reservation adjustments when applicable
  • Follow up with customers to ensure travel arrangements and special requests have been completed
  • Deliver professional and courteous service throughout the entire booking process
  • Assist with additional customer service and administrative responsibilities as needed



Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Previous experience in travel coordination, reservations, hospitality, customer service, or a call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple reservations, deadlines, and customer requests simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm when handling travel disruptions
  • Comfortable working with reservation systems, customer relationship management platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Professional telephone presence and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is preferred
