Bilingual Call Center Representative

San Diego, CA 92123, US Temporary
Compensation: $21.50 to $24 Hourly

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative to join their growing customer support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting English- and Spanish-speaking callers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced call center environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • Process customer requests, account updates, orders, and service inquiries.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative duties and special projects as assigned.



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
  • Strong typing, data entry, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a bilingual call center environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Five9, Zendesk, or similar customer service platforms.
  • Ability to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals consistently.



Compensation

$21.50-$24.00 Hourly
