Finance Project Manager

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to lead a large-scale financial operations initiative involving over 23 million financial transactions, 5,000 customer accounts, and more than $8 billion in customer refund activity. This high-impact project requires someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and can coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations workstreams throughout the refund lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities between Finance, Customs, Operations, Treasury, and Customer Service teams.
• Manage high-volume transaction processing and reconciliation activities.
• Oversee research of customer accounts to determine refund eligibility.
• Validate financial records, banking information, and entity ownership.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and reporting metrics.
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance, accounting, or financial operations experience.
• Prior experience leading complex finance projects.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, refunds, and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.
