Bilingual Customer Service Representative

San Diego, CA 92121, US Temporary
Compensation: $20 to $23 Hourly

Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to both English- and Spanish-speaking customers by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in both English and Spanish via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account information.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records within company systems.
  • Process orders, returns, payments, and service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Educate customers on company products, services, and policies.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals for customer satisfaction and response times.
  • Perform administrative and data entry tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate recordkeeping.



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous bilingual customer service or call center experience.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining quality service.



Compensation

$20.00-$23.00 Hourly
