Accounts Receivable Operations Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Operations Manager to support a complex customer refund initiative involving millions of transactions and extensive account research. This position focuses on investigating customer balances, validating ownership, coordinating payment activity, and ensuring accurate financial processing.

Responsibilities

• Research customer accounts to determine refund eligibility.
• Review outstanding receivable balances and payment history.
• Investigate account ownership and business entities.
• Validate banking information prior to payment.
• Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve exceptions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Operations teams.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Financial Operations experience.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Experience with customer refunds, cash applications, and reconciliations.
• ERP system experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
