Responsibilities
This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.
- The primary function of this employee will be to conceptualize, design, develop and support interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
- This will require cross department collaboration to take inputs from subject matter experts and customers.
- Working cross-functionally with various audiences to understand the needs of the projects, this role will ‘quarterback’ the process from start to finish.
- Once executed, there will be maintenance, upgrades, trainings and demos for the dashboards.
- This will require clear communication and strong presentation skills.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in BI development.
- Analytics certifications are a plus, particularly specific to Power BI.
- High level Power BI proficiency or comparable Data Visualization software proficiency required.
- SQL knowledge required (Postgres, Snowflake).
- Preferred knowledge of AI tools (Claude and Copilot)
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills required.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Visual design skills or artistic acumen preferred.
- Worker's Compensation or Auto Liability Insurance experience is a plus.
- Self-directed, highly organized and able to independently coordinate multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills to be able to influence others with the story of what you’re seeing in the data.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 - $90,000 annually and will be based on a number of additional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
