Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members across packaging, technical writing, and master data functions.
- Set clear goals, manage performance, and support professional development.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuousimprovement culture.
Packaging and Product Labels
- Oversee creation, revision, and approval of packaging specifications, artwork, and product labeling.
- Ensure packaging and product labeling meets regulatory, quality, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, and Operations to support new product introductions and packaging changes.
- Maintain documentation and version control for all packaging assets.
Technical Writing
- Manage development and maintenance of product User and Service manuals.
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal standards.
- Partner with subjectmatter experts to capture technical information and translate it into userfriendly content.
- Oversee document control workflows and timely updates.
SAP Master Data Governance
- Oversee creation, maintenance, and accuracy of SAP master data related to materials, BOMs, routings, and related objects.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance with governance rules, and alignment with business processes.
- Collaborate with IT and functional stakeholders to resolve data issues and support system enhancements.
- Monitor data quality metrics and drive corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between Packaging, Technical Writing, Master Data, and other departments.
- Support product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in audits, regulatory reviews, and internal compliance activities.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance documentation and data accuracy.
- Implement best practices, standardize processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to crossfunctional improvement projects.
Qualifications
High Level Requirements of Position:
Experience (required):
- Level I must have min of 8 years of experience, including 2 years directly managing staff.
- Level II must have min of 10 years of experience, including 2 years directly managing staff.
- 5 years of experience in product development, quality, compliance or related fields
- Ability to anticipate and recognize ambiguous situations, and to assess risk and make decisions in uncertain situations
- New product development experience; developing and launching new products and solutions on time and under budget while meeting or exceeding customer requirements.
- Excellent written skills with proven success drafting and writing formal compliance/regulatory documentation
- Highly skilled in managing functional efficiency, strategic planning, and identifying risks
- Strong management skills with the ability to drive, influence and carry out strategy
- Expert-level ability in handling multiple priorities and projects at once while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and teamwork
Experience (preferred):
- Experience with internationally dispersed teams
Education (required):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other equivalent technical degree, preferably from an ABET accredited program.

- MBA or master’s degree in relevant field
