What you’ll do
You will supervise Houly personnel on the Contract Management team
You will perform customer service tasks to resolve contractual issues for clients, company personnel, and subcontract partners
You will manage I9 review and identification badging processes for internal and subcontract personnel
You will ensure contract documents are properly input and updated in company systems
You will prepare and publish performance reports for company leadership
You will perform periodic contract compliance audits
You will oversee subcontractor insurance compliance, including review of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
You will develop, document, and maintain Contract Management team processes
You will assume additional duties as assigned
What you’ll need
You'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
You'll need experience administering contracts
You'll need to be proficient with Microsoft and Google Business Applications (Excel, Smartsheets and Googlesheets)
You'll need excellent analytical skills
You'll need to have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills
You'll need to have the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment
