What you’ll do

• You will supervise Houly personnel on the Contract Management team

• You will perform customer service tasks to resolve contractual issues for clients, company personnel, and subcontract partners

• You will manage I9 review and identification badging processes for internal and subcontract personnel

• You will ensure contract documents are properly input and updated in company systems

• You will prepare and publish performance reports for company leadership

• You will perform periodic contract compliance audits

• You will oversee subcontractor insurance compliance, including review of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)

• You will develop, document, and maintain Contract Management team processes

• You will assume additional duties as assigned

What you’ll need

•  You'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.

•  You'll need experience administering contracts

•  You'll need to be proficient with Microsoft and Google Business Applications (Excel, Smartsheets and Googlesheets)

•  You'll need excellent analytical skills

•  You'll need to have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

•  You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills

•  You'll need to have the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment
