Corporate Commissions Coordinator II
Responsibilities:
• Review sales-partner inquiries tied to commissions and revenue recognition, evaluate each case against established compensation guidelines, and apply any required corrections during the monthly payout cycle.
• Carry out recurring commission-processing activities, including validation, audit support, and reporting, by working across multiple databases and internal systems to maintain payment accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for sales leaders and administrative partners by providing clear guidance on compensation procedures, resolving questions efficiently, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead regular discussions with sales stakeholders to identify field needs, share updates on policies and training topics, and improve the efficiency of monthly commission workflows.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of finance and operational tools, including the Oracle Incentive Compensation module, to troubleshoot issues and support compensation plan setup and maintenance.
• Participate in projects that affect commission and revenue rules, such as system enhancements, product updates, and fiscal-year changes, helping the team adapt processes in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Generate and analyze sales performance and commission-related reports, including program tracking, recognition metrics, referral activity, and award reporting.
• Develop and maintain department documentation that supports standardized calculations, audit readiness, and consistent financial processing practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline commission operations and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and control.
• Calculate and coordinate bonus payments, including exception handling for monthly, quarterly, and annual programs, while also assisting with training and cross-training to strengthen team capability.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting sales compensation, commission administration, payroll-related operations, or a comparable finance-driven function.• Working knowledge of compliance-focused processes, internal controls, auditing practices, and policy interpretation in a business environment.
• Ability to analyze commission, bonus, and revenue-related data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with reporting tools, databases, and enterprise systems; familiarity with Oracle Incentive Compensation is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with sales partners, management, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot operational issues, document procedures clearly, and improve recurring workflows.
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a monthly processing cycle while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Training or knowledge-sharing experience that supports onboarding, cross-training, or operational team development.
