Property Administrator

We are looking for a dependable Property Administrator to support leasing and day-to-day property operations for a contract position. This role is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, manage a regular schedule, and provide consistent service during a contract coverage need. The position focuses on leasing coordination, tenant support, and administrative follow-through within a real estate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily leasing-related activities and help maintain smooth property operations throughout the assignment.

• Respond to prospective tenant inquiries, coordinate property tours, and communicate leasing information in a clear and accurate manner.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain lease documentation, resident records, and property files with accuracy.

• Support tenant and applicant communication by addressing questions, following up on requests, and providing timely updates.

• Use Yardi to enter, track, and manage leasing and property administration data as needed.

• Coordinate with on-site staff to ensure coverage aligns with the established five-day work schedule.

• Assist with administrative tasks tied to occupancy, renewals, and general property management support.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial leasing, property administration, or property management.
• Working knowledge of Yardi and the ability to use property management systems effectively.
• Availability to work a regular, five-day-per-week schedule.
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and record accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with tenants, prospects, and internal teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a contract coverage role and manage changing priorities.
• Detail-focused approach to customer service and day-to-day administrative support.

Compensation

$20.00-$22.00 Hourly
