LMS Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support for learning management system users by diagnosing issues, answering questions, and resolving technical problems efficiently.
• Partner with client stakeholders to optimize LMS usage and improve the delivery of training content and user access.
• Troubleshoot system-related concerns involving course setup, permissions, enrollment activity, and general platform functionality.
• Deliver guidance and instruction to users on LMS features, computer programs, and best practices for effective system use.
• Assist with configuration updates, testing activities, and platform maintenance to help ensure stable system performance.
• Document recurring issues, solutions, and support processes to strengthen consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to address escalated incidents and support broader system-related initiatives when needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in LMS support, training systems administration, or a related consulting role.• Hands-on experience working with Canvas in a support, training, or administrative capacity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across software applications and general computer programs.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to end users with varying levels of system knowledge.
• Experience supporting instructors, trainers, or business users in a learning technology environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities.
• Clear, detail-oriented communication skills and a client-focused approach to problem solving.
Compensation
