Workplace Experience Ambassador 3
Responsibilities:
• Deliver an exceptional front-of-house and workplace experience by greeting employees and visitors, responding to requests, and providing attentive day-to-day support.
• Perform regular inspections of shared spaces and service areas to identify needs, maintain presentation standards, and help ensure services meet established expectations.
• Coordinate meeting room and event setup activities, including rearranging chairs, desks, and furniture resets for workplace functions and office needs.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth service delivery across workplace operations, facilities, and related client services.
• Communicate proactively with clients, colleagues, and service providers to address concerns early, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high standard of service.
• Assist with light maintenance-related tasks and basic troubleshooting when on-site support resources are limited, escalating larger issues as needed.
• Track service activity, operational updates, and workplace observations through clear reporting and documentation using standard office tools.
• Support performance-focused workplace operations by following policies, service procedures, and applicable regulations while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, workplace services, or a similar client-facing environment.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, guests, vendors, and business partners.
• Comfortable supporting physical event and office setups, including moving chairs, desks, and similar items up to 25 pounds independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, for communication, scheduling, and reporting tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain excellent time management in a fast-paced workplace setting.
• Experience following policies, service standards, and workplace procedures while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot routine workplace issues and escalate more complex concerns appropriately.
Compensation
