Human Resources (HR) Manager (Laurie P)

Compensation: $85 to $105 Yearly

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client the Buckhead area that is looking to add an experienced HR Manager to their team. This a great opportunity to join an established, well-respected organization known for its outstanding culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to employee development. The HR Manager will support 70+ employees and serve as the go-to HR leader for all aspects of human resources. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.


The HR Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including payroll, employee relations, compliance, compensation, talent development, performance management, HR reporting, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ADP Workforce Now, compensation design, career pathing, leadership development, and coaching managers across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of human resources for a workforce of 70+ employees.
  • Process and oversee accurate bi-weekly payroll administration.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now, including system optimization, reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement compensation structures, salary bands, and pay practices.
  • Design and support career pathing and employee development programs.
  • Coach managers and leaders on performance management, employee relations, engagement, and talent development.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives and provide guidance on workplace matters.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives as needed.
  • Drive performance management processes, succession planning, and workforce planning efforts.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and support annual open enrollment activities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.




Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including experience in an HR leadership or management role.
  • Experience processing bi-weekly payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience designing compensation structures and salary frameworks.
  • Experience developing career pathing programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and support leadership development efforts.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Experience

  • ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred, including HRIS administration, reporting, and system optimization.
  • Experience working in a standalone or highly autonomous HR environment.
  • Background supporting growing organizations and driving HR process improvements.



Compensation

$85,000.00-$105,000.00 Yearly
