Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager to support residential and commercial properties in West Palm Beach, Florida on a Contract assignment lasting approximately 3½ months. This role focuses on delivering strong resident and tenant service while coordinating daily property operations, leasing activity, rent collection, and maintenance follow-up. The position will work across one or more local properties and use Yardi to help manage records, operations, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned properties, ensuring a well-managed environment for residents, tenants, and visitors.
• Provide responsive customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships with occupants.
• Coordinate leasing activities, including unit availability, applicant communication, and support through the move-in process.
• Monitor rent collections, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain accurate payment records in Yardi.
• Partner with maintenance teams and vendors to schedule repairs, track completion, and help preserve property standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify operational issues, safety concerns, or areas needing attention.
• Maintain organized documentation related to occupancy, resident communications, service requests, and compliance matters.
• Support property administration for communities ranging from smaller sites to larger multi-unit locations within the West Palm Beach area.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Working knowledge of property management software, preferably Yardi.
• Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle resident and tenant concerns professionally.
• Experience overseeing maintenance requests and coordinating with service providers.
• Familiarity with leasing processes, occupancy support, and rent collection practices.
• Understanding of HUD-related property requirements is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different properties while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation

$24.70-$28.60 Hourly
