Manager Client Partnerships
Responsibilities:
• Grow revenue by expanding existing enterprise accounts and securing new customers within targeted markets.
• Lead the full business development process, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract close.
• Identify high-value opportunities with organizations that can become influential reference clients within their industries.
• Build senior-level relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions to strategic business goals.
• Partner with solution, alliance, delivery, and marketing teams to bring differentiated offerings to market and relay client insights that inform future direction.
• Create persuasive presentations, proposals, and supporting sales materials that clearly communicate business impact and solution value.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities across service lines by uncovering needs in multiple functions and business units.
• Refine go-to-market approaches through ongoing assessment of sales effectiveness and by sharing proven practices with internal teams.
Qualifications:
• At least 8 years of experience in technology sales or consulting focused on large enterprise clients, including ownership of named accounts in complex organizations.• Proven success managing extended sales cycles that involve executive stakeholders, technical validation, and formal procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to significantly increase account value beyond an initial engagement through relationship building and demand creation.
• Strong experience engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers independently, including leading executive-level discussions with confidence.
• Ability to develop customer-specific business cases using financial and operational priorities, and to negotiate commercial terms effectively.
• Executive presence with the communication skills to connect credibly with both business leaders and technical audiences.
• Industry knowledge in one or more of the following sectors is preferred: Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail and eCommerce, or High Tech and Telecom.
• Background in selling developer tools, cloud platforms, infrastructure solutions, or AI and machine learning offerings to traditional enterprises is highly valued.
Compensation
