Junior Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across paid search, email, social media, and other outreach channels.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare clear reports with insights and recommendations for the marketing manager.
• Assist with Google Ads and related advertising efforts to improve audience reach, engagement, and lead generation efforts.
• Help create, coordinate, and schedule email marketing campaigns aligned with broader business and promotional goals.
• Contribute to social media activity by organizing content, tracking engagement trends, and identifying opportunities to increase visibility.
• Participate in event marketing efforts by helping promote campaigns, coordinate materials, and support follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing materials and messaging reflect business priorities in a B2B distribution environment.
• Use available tools and emerging AI-enabled resources to improve content development, campaign efficiency, and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related generalist marketing role.• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics for campaign execution and performance measurement.
• Experience supporting email campaigns, email marketing programs, and digital outreach initiatives.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing practices and an understanding of how to reach detail-focused or industry-based audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
• Exposure to social media marketing, grassroots promotion, and event-related marketing activities.
• Comfortable working onsite on a permanent basis in Houston, Texas.
• Willingness to learn, take direction from marketing leadership, and contribute as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation
