Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-moving office environment in Camden, New Jersey. This long-term contract position combines customer support, mail and shipping coordination, and front-office administrative assistance in a structured onsite setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of tasks, communicating clearly with internal and external contacts, and using Microsoft Office to stay organized and responsive.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer calls and respond to questions with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.

• Process orders and update related information in company systems while maintaining careful attention to detail.

• Support daily mailroom and shipping activity, including sorting, distributing, preparing, and tracking outbound and inbound packages.

• Provide administrative assistance to the onsite team by handling routine clerical tasks and maintaining organized records.

• Step in at the reception area when needed to greet visitors, answer the main line, and direct inquiries appropriately.

• Coordinate follow-up communication for customer requests and help resolve service issues in a timely manner.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment while balancing customer interactions and operational priorities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a related office-based role.
• Ability to manage inbound calls and conduct outbound follow-up with a courteous and thorough approach.
• Experience with order entry or similar transaction processing responsibilities.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable handling mail distribution, shipping tasks, and general administrative support duties.
• Excellent verbal communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Camden, New Jersey during standard weekday business hours.

Compensation

$23.00-$24.00 Hourly
