Benefits Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project-related documentation and maintain accurate records throughout each stage of work
• Monitor timelines and follow up with team members to help ensure key deadlines are met
• Organize, review, and distribute documents so information is current, accessible, and properly controlled
• Provide administrative and operational support to project teams to keep workflows moving efficiently
• Partner with internal stakeholders to track deliverables, resolve documentation issues, and support cross-functional coordination
• Maintain orderly filing systems and help improve consistency in document management practices
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting administrative, operational, or project coordination activities in a structured work environment• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
• Demonstrated attention to detail when handling records, documents, and deadline-sensitive tasks
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Proficiency in document control, record maintenance, and general workflow coordination
• Dependable time management skills and a consistent focus on meeting established deadlines
