Senior Accountant Financial Reporting
Responsibilities:
• Support the monthly close process by preparing reconciliations, reviewing account activity, and helping produce consolidated financial statements.
• Contribute to the completion of quarterly and annual regulatory filings, including Form 10-Q and Form 10-K, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare current reports such as Form 8-K and assist with other external reporting needs as business requirements arise.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit by organizing schedules, responding to requests, and providing documentation.
• Research accounting guidance and reporting requirements to help maintain compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Develop internal financial and operational reports for leadership and provide clear analysis in response to management questions.
• Interpret financial data and present findings in a concise manner to support informed decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.• Active CPA license is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in public accounting or in a financial reporting-focused position.
• Strong understanding of the complete accounting cycle, including close activities and account reconciliations.
• Experience preparing SEC filings and external financial reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.
Compensation
