Property Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome prospective residents, lead community and apartment tours, and present available units and amenities in a clear and engaging manner.
• Manage incoming leasing inquiries, provide timely follow-up, and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and next steps within property management systems such as Yardi.
• Coordinate application processing, lease documents, and required compliance paperwork to help move applicants smoothly through the leasing cycle.
• Keep leasing calendars, visitor appointments, activity logs, and reporting materials up to date to support daily office operations.
• Monitor lead sources, tour outcomes, and application progress to help the team track performance and identify leasing opportunities.
• Assist with resident communications, general administrative tasks, and event coordination related to leasing promotions and community engagement.
• Help ensure model homes and vacant units are clean, prepared, and ready to show in partnership with onsite staff and maintenance teams.
• Provide coverage across multiple properties as needed and contribute additional support during high-volume leasing periods or special events.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in multifamily leasing is preferred.• Candidates with strong customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, restaurant, or sales environments are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and residents.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines is preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software is an advantage.
• Dependable, receptive to feedback, and motivated to grow within the property management field.
Compensation
