Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative activities for the dashcam platform, including reviewing dashboard information and helping maintain accurate driver and vehicle assignments.
• Assess incoming safety-related events and direct them to the appropriate team members for coaching, recognition, investigation, or follow-up action.
• Support a range of safety, health, and environmental programs by organizing documentation, tracking tasks, and assisting with ongoing initiatives.
• Maintain records connected to safety training and leading indicator metrics to help ensure complete and reliable reporting.
• Coordinate internal safety messaging by preparing reminders, announcements, and awareness materials for employees and stakeholders.
• Assist with incident review processes by collecting supporting documentation and keeping case records organized and up to date.
• Prepare reports and summaries from program data to help the team monitor activity, identify trends, and support compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, safety compliance, fleet coordination, or program administration.
• Experience working with data, reports, and recordkeeping in a detail-focused environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate information across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work comfortably with technology platforms, dashboards, and administrative tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling documentation and compliance-related activities.
Compensation
