Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Manage a variety of office support tasks such as maintaining files, entering information into databases, and organizing business documents for accuracy and accessibility.
• Respond to customer questions by phone and email, provide order-related updates, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain a positive service experience.
• Prepare and review shipping paperwork, assist with order fulfillment coordination, and help track outgoing deliveries to support smooth operations.
• Update inventory records, maintain organized documentation, and assist with administrative activities connected to stock tracking and control.
• Enter customer, order, and operational data into company systems with a high level of precision and consistency.
• Work closely with internal teams to help resolve service issues, coordinate information, and support efficient day-to-day workflow.
• Provide reception and general administrative assistance, including handling inbound calls and supporting special projects as business needs arise.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a combination of both.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Excellent organizational abilities and close attention to detail when handling records, correspondence, and data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a busy office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Background in shipping support, logistics coordination, or inventory-related administration is preferred.
• Dependable, team-focused, and customer-oriented approach with a positive and detail-oriented attitude.
Compensation
