Sales Coordinator

Compensation: $20.25 to $22.25 Hourly

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide onsite support to a team of brokers in Greensboro, NC . This long-term contract opportunity is well suited for someone who combines strong administrative ability with graphic production skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. The person in this role will help manage marketing collateral, transaction-related documents, client communications, and data-driven tasks while keeping work accurate and organized.


Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality marketing materials and property-related graphics using Adobe InDesign and other design tools.

• Coordinate documentation tied to commercial real estate activity, ensuring files are prepared accurately and handled on schedule.

• Edit and update PDFs, including redlining listing agreements and other business documents as needed.

• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to support day-to-day sales and service activities.

• Prepare written content to accompany marketing pieces and promotional materials.

• Work with spreadsheets to organize, adjust, and present data in Excel for reporting and business use.

• Assist with voucher preparation and other detail-focused administrative tasks involving numerical information.

• Arrange property signage orders and help track related requests through completion.

• Provide consistent onsite administrative and marketing support for multiple brokers.


Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience supporting brokers, sales professionals, or marketing teams.

MUST HAVE Strong hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign; experience with comparable design software may also be considered but InDesign is highly preferred.

• Proven administrative skills with the ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and learn new processes quickly.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

• Experience using Adobe Acrobat to edit, revise, and redline PDF documents.

• Comfortable working with web-based systems and standard computer applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal coordination work.

• Commercial real estate experience is preferred.


Compensation

$20.25-$22.25 Hourly
