Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and staff entering the office
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate contacts
• Handle high volumes of inbound calls with accuracy, courtesy, and attention to detail
• Maintain the reception area so it remains organized, presentable, and ready to receive visitors
• Provide general administrative support related to front-desk activities and daily office coordination
• Relay messages promptly and accurately to ensure smooth communication across the office
• Assist with part-time reception coverage needs while maintaining consistent service standards
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role• Practical experience operating a multi-line phone or switchboard system with 1 to 10 lines
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous, detail-oriented telephone manner
• Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while remaining organized and courteous
• Dependable approach to handling daily reception responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a part-time receptionist capacity as needed
Compensation
