Loan Processor - Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor - Support team member to join our team. This Contract position will support mortgage lending operations by helping move loan files efficiently through processing, documentation review, and closing preparation. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of loan administration and origination workflows, along with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate loan files from initial submission through closing support, ensuring documents are complete and properly organized.
• Review mortgage application materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal lending guidelines.
• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, title partners, and internal teams to gather outstanding information and keep files moving forward.
• Assist with preparing closing packages and confirming that required conditions have been satisfied before finalization.
• Maintain detailed loan records, update processing statuses, and track key milestones throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Support day-to-day loan administration tasks, including document validation, follow-up activities, and issue resolution.
• Help facilitate loan origination support by confirming file readiness and escalating discrepancies when needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting loan administration or mortgage processing activities.
• Working knowledge of mortgage lending practices, documentation, and closing procedures.
• Familiarity with loan origination processes and the ability to manage multiple files at once.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in document review and data handling.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external contacts.
• Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.

Compensation

$23.75-$27.50 Hourly
