Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Chantilly, Virginia in a fully onsite role. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing information accurately, and working in a fast-paced service environment. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, confidence using Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to handle both customer interactions and administrative tasks with care.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and provide clear, detail-focused support.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or resolve open issues.
• Enter customer, order, and service information into company systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Process order-related transactions and update records to keep account details current.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to maintain files, track information, and support daily operations.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure questions are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Manage multiple tasks throughout the day while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar role.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented and customer-focused manner.
• Strong data entry skills with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working onsite on a permanent basis in Chantilly, Virginia.
• General technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Compensation

$14.25-$16.50 Hourly
