Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Partner with HR stakeholders and internal team members to understand business needs and translate them into practical Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM features to support ongoing HR operations, ensuring system changes align with functional objectives.
• Provide day-to-day application support by troubleshooting issues, answering user questions, and helping maintain stable system performance.
• Gather and document functional requirements for enhancements, process updates, and system improvements across HR-related workflows.
• Work closely with a small support team to share ownership of administration tasks and help manage priorities across active requests.
• Evaluate existing HR processes and recommend configuration adjustments that improve usability, efficiency, and compliance.
• Assist with testing activities for system updates, new configurations, and defect resolution to confirm expected results before release.
• Support broader Oracle HCM administrative needs, including functional oversight tied to changes, enhancements, or related operational initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud, with strong focus on Oracle HCM applications and HR-related functionality.• Proven ability to perform functional administration, requirements gathering, and configuration within Oracle HCM environments.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and the ability to align system capabilities with operational needs.
• Techno-functional background with greater strength on the functional side of consulting and application support.
• Experience supporting day-to-day system administration in a collaborative team setting.
• Ability to analyze issues, recommend solutions, and communicate clearly with both business users and technical partners.
• Familiarity with Oracle HRMS concepts and related HR technology processes is strongly preferred.
Compensation
