HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Build talent pipelines by identifying and engaging candidates through job boards, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Support open recruitment needs by tracking applicants, updating candidate statuses, and maintaining accurate workflow records within the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with recruitment outreach efforts, including employment branding and social media initiatives designed to expand candidate interest.
• Coordinate interview logistics such as phone screens, scheduling, and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare onboarding materials and complete administrative tasks needed for new employee setup, including required forms and compliance documentation.
• Facilitate pre-employment activities by arranging background checks, drug screenings, and other onboarding requirements.
• Maintain organized employee files and HR records while ensuring documentation is complete and current.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the HR function, including offboarding support and other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or a related administrative role.• Education comparable to an associate degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
• A dependable, self-directed work style with a proactive and inquisitive approach.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Ceridian is preferred.
• Background in sourcing, interview coordination, job postings, phone screening, or full-cycle recruiting is preferred.
Compensation
