Client Services Representative
We are looking for a Client Services Representative to support insurance application processing and ongoing policy service for clients in Washington. This position acts as a central point of coordination among clients, financial representatives, underwriting teams, home office contacts, and external carriers to keep new business and service activity moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy throughout each stage of the client experience.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee insurance applications from initial intake through underwriting review and final policy delivery, ensuring each step is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Handle policy servicing requests such as beneficiary updates, contact information changes, and other account maintenance needs with careful attention to detail.
• Support clients with policy loan requests, repayment coordination, surrender documentation, and related follow-up activities.
• Respond to client and advisor questions regarding policy status, service needs, and required documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
• Prepare clear written communications for clients, carrier partners, and home office teams to facilitate efficient case movement and resolution.
• Maintain complete and organized records within company systems so documentation remains current, accurate, and easy to retrieve.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in client service, administrative support, or a related customer service position.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, internal partners, and external carriers by phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Experience managing several tasks or cases at the same time while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a service-oriented approach to resolving client needs
Compensation
