Legal Assistant
A highly regarded mid-sized law firm in Orange County is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join its growing Business Litigation practice.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation legal assistant experience in a law firm.
- Experience supporting business, commercial, or complex civil litigation matters.
- Strong knowledge of California state court procedures, e-filing, calendaring, and litigation deadlines.
- Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, correspondence, trial binders, and other litigation documents.
- Ability to manage multiple attorney calendars and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience supporting civil litigation matters in a legal assistant or similar role.
• Proven ability to handle electronic filing processes and court submission requirements with accuracy.
• Strong working knowledge of litigation calendaring, deadline management, and court procedures.
• Experience preparing, formatting, and organizing legal documents for active case matters.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a thoughtful approach to internal and external interactions.
• Proficiency with document management and general legal office technology used in litigation support.
