HR Business Partner

Compensation: $27 to $29.70 Hourly

Our client is in need of an experienced Bilingual HR Business Partner to support organizational goals through strategic and hands-on human resources leadership. This position will partner closely with managers and employees to strengthen workplace practices, promote compliance, and enhance employee engagement. The role will play a key part in talent support, performance guidance, policy interpretation, and day-to-day HR operations across the business.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices, including creating and updating position descriptions across departments.

• Design and deliver onboarding and training initiatives that prepare employees for their roles and support successful integration into the organization.

• Monitor adherence to federal and state employment regulations, maintain accurate documentation, conduct workplace investigations, and represent the organization during employment-related proceedings when needed.

• Advise supervisors and department leaders on employee relations matters, performance concerns, coaching approaches, disciplinary actions, and career development planning.

• Manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and objectivity, helping resolve issues while reducing organizational risk.

• Oversee employee benefits communication and administration, including support for claims related to health coverage, workers’ compensation, disability, and other applicable programs.

• Partner with leadership and staff to strengthen morale, improve working relationships, and support retention and productivity goals.

• Support hiring activities by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting talent with relevant experience aligned with both technical needs and organizational culture.

• Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processes and contribute to workplace health, safety, and injury prevention efforts in accordance with legal and company standards.

• Help plan employee engagement activities, evaluate training effectiveness, and contribute as a member of the food safety team.


Qualifications:

• Experience handling employee relations matters, including workplace investigations and conflict resolution.

• Strong knowledge of HR policy administration and the practical application of employment laws and regulations.

• Background in human resources operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel record management.

• Ability to guide managers on performance management, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary processes.

• Experience supporting recruitment and selection activities for a variety of roles.

• Familiarity with payroll coordination and compliance-driven HR documentation.

• MUST HAVE strong communication fluent in English and Spanish, MUST be able to translate sensitive documents.

Strong judgment, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.


Compensation

$27.00-$29.70 Hourly
