Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding support by preparing and distributing required materials to new hires and helping ensure all pre-employment and orientation steps are completed on time.
• Manage training administration by sending learning assignments, assessments, and related resources to employees across various locations.
• Track participation and completion status for assigned training programs, then provide reminders and updates to encourage timely compliance.
• Respond to employee questions related to HR processes, documentation, and routine administrative matters with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to senior talent acquisition leadership, including scheduling support, correspondence handling, and document preparation.
• Maintain organized HR records and files, ensuring documents are properly distributed, stored, and updated as needed.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and email communications using Microsoft Outlook and Excel to support internal HR activities and reporting needs.
• Distribute employment-related forms and other HR documents nationwide while monitoring accuracy, timeliness, and completion.
• Support HR information management tasks by entering, updating, and reviewing employee-related data within designated systems and records.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in human resources support, administrative coordination, or a related office environment.• Working knowledge of HR administration, onboarding processes, and employee-facing support activities.
• Experience using HR information systems and maintaining accurate employee documentation and records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook for communication and Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond clearly to internal employee inquiries.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, follow through on deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Comfortable supporting training coordination, internal communications, and document distribution across multiple locations.
Compensation
