Legal Collections Analyst

What You’ll Do
- Manage escalated collection accounts and work to resolve lease defaults.
- Coordinate pending litigation related to lease enforcement, including judgments for damages and eviction actions when necessary.
- Partner with outside legal counsel on active matters and help determine strategic next steps.
- Review legal documents related to collection and eviction proceedings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Negotiate settlements on outstanding obligations, both pre- and post-judgment, and present recommendations for final approval.
- Analyze accounts receivable reports and related financial data to identify delinquent or high-risk accounts requiring escalation.
- Participate in regular meetings with leadership to align on strategy, priorities, and resolution plans for problem accounts.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of related professional experience required.
- Collections experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret leases, legal documents, and financial information from accounting systems, spreadsheets, and balance sheets.
Compensation
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
