Legal Assistant
We're partnering with a well-respected boutique law firm in Orange County that is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join its growing team.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of legal assistant experience in a law firm.
- Experience supporting litigation matters from inception through trial.
- Strong knowledge of state court e-filing, calendaring, and litigation deadlines.
- Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and trial documents.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal calendaring software.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a legal support role, preferably in civil litigation.• Working knowledge of court filing procedures, including electronic filing in state courts.
• Strong calendar management skills with the ability to monitor deadlines and prioritize competing tasks.
• Proficiency with legal and office technology, including LawToolBox, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and document management systems.
• Ability to support multiple attorneys while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with attorneys, counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Must be able to commute to Tustin, California and work a hybrid schedule after the initial onboarding period.
Compensation
