Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily front office operations near Paramus, New Jersey. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, handling administrative tasks efficiently, and serving as a reliable first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role requires strong organizational skills, a courteous approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office setting.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a courteous and attentive approach while ensuring a positive front desk experience.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Keep the reception and common office areas neat, organized, and ready to receive guests throughout the day.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support such as scheduling, filing, document preparation, and general office coordination.
• Enter and update information in office records and databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with routine clerical activities to help maintain smooth and efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
• Experience providing administrative support in an office, front desk, or receptionist capacity.• Ability to manage inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with visitors and staff.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and organization.
• Proficiency in general administrative office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and document handling.
• Customer service skills with a welcoming and detail-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced work environment.
Compensation
